"What the heck is a Holiday Survival Kit?"
I'm glad you asked. For the past three years I've made up these kits and they have traditionally contained:
- Two Bariatric Foodie Protein Shake Sample Kits (like the ones shown above), which come with everything you need to make a holiday-themed BF shake recipe except perishables like milk, but INCLUDING sugar-free syrup samples!
- Weight loss surgery friendly recipes for popular holiday dishes.
- Advice on how to cope with parties, family, the cookie invasion and more!

But here are the MOST important things you need to know:
- The kits are on sale now. You can click here to order one!
- I am only selling 200 kits. Once they're gone, they are GONE!
- This year they will cost $20 + shipping. In prior years shipping was included in the price but unfortunately the cost of postage has made that not possible for this year!
- The pre-sale for kits will be through November 5 OR until I sell all 200, whichever happens first. But please note this is a pre-SALE, meaning you will be charged now for your kit.
- The kits will be mailed the week of November 11.
